Principle No. 2:

Plumbing fixtures, devices, and appurtenances shall be supplied with water in sufficient volume 

and at pressures adequate to enable them to function satisfactorily 

and without undue noise under all normal conditions of use.

위생기구, 장치 및 부속품에는 모든 정상적인 사용 조건에서 만족스럽게 작동할 수 있도록 

충분한 수량(水量)이 적절한 수압으로 공급되어 되어야 하고, 불필요한 소음이 발생하지 않아야 한다.
